General provisions.
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the procedure and conditions for the provision of services by the site mine-minerals.com , hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer", and is addressed to an individual who wants to receive the services of the specified site (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant".)
1.2. To start receiving the services, the participant explicitly, fully and unconditionally accepts all the terms of this Agreement, and if you do not agree with any condition of the agreement, the Organizer offers you to refuse to use its services.
1.3. The Organizer and the participant recognize the procedure and form of conclusion of this agreement as equivalent in legal force to an agreement concluded in writing.
1.5. The administration of mine cryptocurrency online reserves the right to make any changes and additions to the User Agreement and on the website, without warning users.

2 Terms and Definitions.

3. The subject of this Agreement is the provision by the organizer to the participant of services for the organization of leisure and recreation in the game "mine-minerals" in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Such services, in particular, include the following: services for the purchase and sale of gaming equipment (gold), keeping records of significant information: movements on the gaming account, providing measures for the identification and security of participants, developing software integrated into the playground and external applications, information and other services necessary for the organization of the game and the service of the participant in its process at the organizer's site.
3.1. The game as a whole, as well as any of its elements or any associated external gaming application, are created exclusively for entertainment. The participant acknowledges that all activities in the game on the playground are entertainment for him. The participant agrees that, depending on the characteristics of his account, the degree of his participation in the game will be available to varying degrees.
3.2. The participant agrees that he is personally responsible for all actions performed with the game inventory (gold): purchase, sale, input and output, as well as for game actions on the playground: creation, purchase and sale, operations with all game elements and other game attributes and objects used for the gameplay.
3.3. The Participant acknowledges that the degree and possibility of participating in entertainment on the Game server are the main qualities of the service provided to him.

Rights and obligations of the parties.
4.1 Rights and obligations of the participant.
4.1.1. Only persons who have achieved civil legal capacity under the legislation of their country of residence can take part in the game "mine cryptocurrency online". All consequences of non-fulfillment of this condition are borne by the participant.
4.1.2. The degree and method of participation in the game are determined by the participant himself, but cannot contradict this Agreement and the rules of the playground.
4.1.2. The Participant is obliged to:
4.1.2.1. Truthfully report information about yourself during registration and, at the first request of the Organizer, provide reliable data about your identity, allowing you to identify him as the owner of the account in the game;
4.1.2.2. Not to use the game to perform any actions contrary to international law and the legislation of the Participant's country of residence;
4.1.2.3. Not to use undocumented features (bugs) and software errors of the game and immediately inform the Organizer about them, as well as about the persons using these errors;
4.1.2.4. Do not use external programs of any kind to gain advantages in the game;
4.1.2.5. Not to use for advertising your affiliate link, as well as the resource containing it, mailing lists and other types of messages to persons who have not expressed consent to receive them (spam);
4.1.2.6. Has no right to restrict the access of other participants or other persons to the Game, is obliged to respectfully and correctly treat the participants of the game, as well as the Organizer, his partners and employees, not to interfere with the work of the latter;
4.1.2.7. Do not deceive the Organizer and participants of the game;
4.1.2.8. Do not create additional game accounts for your own or any other benefit - blocking without proceedings!;
4.1.2.9. Do not use profanity and insults in any form;
4.1.2.10. Do not defame the actions of other players and the Administration;
4.1.2.11. Not to threaten violence and physical violence to anyone;
4.1.2.12. Do not distribute materials promoting rejection or hatred of any race, religion, culture, nation, people, language, politics, state, ideology or social movement;
4.1.2.13. Do not advertise pornography, drugs and resources containing such information;
4.1.2.14. Do not use actions, terminology or jargon to disguise the violation of the participant's obligations;
4.1.2.15. Independently take care of the necessary computer and other security measures, keep secret and not transfer to another person or another participant their identification data: login, account password, etc., prevent unauthorized access to the mailbox specified in the participant's account profile. The entire risk of adverse consequences of disclosure of these data is borne by the participant, since the participant agrees that the information security system of the playground excludes the transfer of the login, password and identification information of the participant's account to third parties;
4.1.2.16. Independently bear personal responsibility for the conduct of their financial transactions and operations, the Organizer is not responsible for the financial actions performed between players on the transfer of game inventory and game currency, as well as other game attributes.
4.1.2.17. Be the first to notify the organizer of your claims and complaints in writing via the "Contacts" page.
4.1.2.18. Regularly independently get acquainted with the news of the game, as well as with changes in this Agreement and in the rules of the game on the playground. The user is obliged to CAREFULLY READ the User Agreement and the description of the functions and services of the project at least once a week (they may undergo changes and additions – see paragraph 1.5), since ignorance of the rules does not relieve the user of responsibility for their violation.
4.1.2.19. Do not create additional accounts in order to increase referral rewards. Such actions will result in the blocking of the account, or its zeroing.
4.2 Rights and obligations of the organizer.
4.2.1. The Organizer is obliged to:
4.2.1.1. Ensure that the participant has access to the playground and to participate in the game without charging a fee. The participant independently pays for Internet access at his own expense and bears other costs associated with this action.
4.2.1.2. Keep records of game inventory (gold) on the participant's game account.
4.2.1.3. Regularly improve the hardware and software complex, but does not guarantee that the Game software does not contain errors, and the hardware will not leave the operating parameters and will function smoothly.
4.2.1.4. To observe the confidentiality regime with respect to the participant's personal data in accordance with clause 6 of this agreement.

4.2.2. The Organizer has the right to:
4.2.2.2. Provide the participant with additional paid services, the list of which, as well as the procedure and conditions of use of which are determined by this agreement, the rules of the playground and other announcements of the organizer. At the same time, the organizer has the right to change the number and volume of paid services offered, their cost, name, type and effect of use at any time.
4.2.2.3. Suspend the validity of this agreement and disable the participant from participating in the game for the duration of the investigation on suspicion of the participant in violation of this Agreement and the rules of the playground.
4.2.2.4. Exclude a participant from the game if it is established that the participant has violated this agreement or the rules established on the playground, in accordance with 5.10 of this agreement.
4.2.2.5. Partially or completely interrupt the provision of services without warning the participant during reconstruction, repair and maintenance work on the site.
4.2.2.6. The Organizer is not responsible for the improper functioning of the game software. The participant uses the software on an "AS IS" basis. If the organizer determines that there was a failure (error) in the operation of the site during the game, the results that took place during the incorrect operation of the software may be canceled or adjusted at the discretion of the organizer. The participant agrees not to appeal to the organizer about the quality, quantity, order and timing of the gaming opportunities and services provided to him.
4.2.2.7. Unilaterally change the course of the game inventory.

Guarantees and responsibilities.
5.1. The Organizer does not guarantee permanent and uninterrupted access to the playground and its services in the event of technical problems and/or unforeseen circumstances, including: defective operation or non–functioning of Internet service providers, information servers, banking and payment systems, as well as illegal actions of third parties. The organizer will make every effort to prevent failures, but is not responsible for temporary technical failures and interruptions in the operation of the Game, regardless of the causes of such failures.
5.2 The participant fully agrees that the organizer cannot be held responsible for the participant's losses that have arisen in connection with illegal actions of third parties aimed at violating the security system of electronic equipment and databases of the game, or due to interruptions beyond the organizer's control, suspension or termination of communication channels and networks used to interact with a participant, as well as illegal or unreasonable actions of payment systems, as well as third parties.
5.3. The organizer is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of the use or non-use by the participant of information about the Game, the game rules and the Game itself and is not responsible for losses or other harm caused to the participant due to his unskilled actions and ignorance of the game rules or his errors in calculations;
5.4. The Participant agrees that he uses the playground of his own free will and at his own risk. The organizer does not give the participant any guarantee that he will benefit or benefit from participating in the game. The degree of participation in the Game is determined by the participant themselves.
5.5. The organizer is not responsible to the participant for the actions of other participants.
5.6. In case of disputes and disagreements on the playground, the organizer's decision is final, and the participant fully agrees with it. All disputes and disagreements arising out of or in connection with this Agreement are subject to settlement by negotiation. If it is impossible to reach an agreement through negotiations, disputes, disagreements and claims arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Belize.
5.7. The Organizer does not bear the tax burden for the Participant. The participant undertakes to independently include the possible income received in the tax return in accordance with the legislation of the country of his residence.
5.8. The Organizer may amend this Agreement, the rules of the playground and other documents unilaterally. In case of changes to the documents, the Organizer places the latest versions of the documents on the playground's website. All changes take effect from the moment of posting. The Participant has the right to terminate this Agreement within 3 days if he does not agree with the changes made. In this case, the termination of the Agreement is made in accordance with clause 5.9 of this Agreement. The Participant is obliged to regularly visit the official website of the Game in order to get acquainted with official documents and news.
5.9. The Participant has the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally without saving the game account. At the same time, all expenses related to participation in the game are not compensated to the participant and are not refunded. The game inventory (gold) held on the participant's gaming account is subject to return in accordance with clause 4.2.1.6 of this Agreement.
5.10. The Organizer has the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally, as well as to perform other actions that limit opportunities in the Game, in relation to a participant or a group of participants who are complicit in the identified violations of the terms of this Agreement. At the same time, all game attributes, game inventory (gold) that are in the account and on the game account of a participant or a group of participants, as well as all expenses are non-refundable and not compensated.
5.11. The Organizer and Participant are released from liability in the event of force majeure (force majeure), which include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, wars, fire (fires), floods, explosions, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, acts of government or regulatory authorities, hacker attacks, absence, non-functioning or malfunction of power supply, Internet service providers, communication networks or other systems, networks and services. The party who has such circumstances should notify the other party about such circumstances in a reasonable time and in an accessible way.

Confidentiality.
6.1. The confidentiality condition applies to the information that the Organizer can receive about the Participant during his stay on the Game site and which can be correlated with this particular user. The organizer automatically receives and records technical information from your browser in the server logs: IP address, address of the requested page, etc. The organizer can record "cookies" on the user's computer and subsequently use them. The Organizer guarantees that the data provided by the participant during registration in the Game will be used by the Organizer only inside the Game.
6.2. The Organizer has the right to transfer personal information about the Participant to third parties only if:
6.2.1. The Participant has expressed a desire to disclose this information;
6.2.2. Without this, the Participant cannot use the desired product or service, in particular, information about names (nicknames), game attributes may be available to other participants;
6.2.3. This is required by international legislation and/or authorities in compliance with the legal procedure;
6.2.4. The Participant violates this Agreement and the rules of the playground.

Other provisions.
7.1. The invalidity of a part or paragraph (sub-paragraph) of this agreement does not entail the invalidity of all other parts and paragraphs (sub-paragraphs).
7.2. The validity period of this Agreement is set for the entire period of the playground, that is, for an indefinite period, and does not imply the expiration date of this agreement.
7.3. By registering and being on the playground, the participant acknowledges that he has read, understood and fully accepts the terms of this Agreement, as well as the rules of the game and other official documents.
7.4. In order to receive the website service, the Participant fully accepts all the terms of this Agreement. In case of disagreement with any of the terms of the Agreement, the Participant is invited to refuse to use the services of the site. In order to prevent the Participant from being misled (deceived), the Organizer warns before accepting the consent of the Participant to use the services of the site that the services offered to the Participant in the form of a game are based on the risk arising between several participants of the game according to the rules established by the organizer of this game. The funds of the Participant necessary to ensure the game (purchase of funds for the game, improvement of the conditions for winning by the player, etc.), who has accepted the terms of the Agreement, are sent to the general gaming fund of Participants (players), from which winnings are made, including winnings. In addition, by accepting the Agreement, the Participant confirms his consent to the use of the game fund by the Organizer for the organization and maintenance of the game among the Participants. At the same time, the Organizer undertakes to minimize the possible negative consequences of the Participant's risk in the game, in order to attract individuals to the site. At the same time, the service presented in the form of a game is aimed at meeting the needs of the Participant, which he determines and evaluates independently by his consent to participate. These terms of the game and the rest of the information on the site do not have the Organizer's goal to induce emotions in the Participant associated with anticipating success (excitement).
7.5. The Agreement comes into force from the moment of registration of the participant in the project.
